Brine Bucket

home brew stores will sell food grade 5 gal buckets.

Check with restaurants. I know of a pizza/sub shop that has buckets that held pickles and other stuff that they sell cheap

I use 1 of my brew containers. If you want to go real inexpensive check with local restaurants that get food in 5 gal buckets (pickles, mayo, etc.)

Ended up going to a restaurant supply store-what a gold mine!!!! Found BBQ mops, injectors, latex gloves-all at cheaper prices than amazon. I struck the mother load!!!! Found a bucket which resembled a huge measuring cup-had handles on sides for easy carrying.

I use a cooler. Works awesome and I don't have to keep it in the fridge. I have brined a lg bird for 4 days with no problem. Just check the temp once every 12 hours and add the ice if needed.

We use just a regular all-purpose 5-gallon bucket from Menards.

Only downside is no lid, so you need a safe place to store it. We usually cover with plastic wrap, then foil. And generally put something heavy on it since it usually goes out on the porch overnight.
