For my first BBQ ever, I made the Mr. Browns. For a first effort, I think it really turned out great...due in no small part to the incredible instructions on VWB. However, I thought the BBQ was really peppery. I liked it, but I could see someone who wasn't so into pepper being turned off by it. Any suggestions for a rub that is still flavorful, but not so peppery? Thanks! Andy
