Rib Roast

Had a rib roast in the freezer that need to cooked. Seasoned with a little worcestershire sauce and some Montreal steak seasoning.

On the grill at 300* and a little red oak for smoke.

Roast at 105* and untied.

Reverse seared, internal at 125* and rested.

Had some leftover seafood and added some more shrimp and made some garlic shrimp. Served it over some white rice.

Also made a tossed salad with a homemade mayo/dill dressing.

Hi John - Really a nice job my friend and some great pictures. Have been noticing quite a few of your recent posts and you keep outdoing yourself. That looks like a great meal and those are the fun kind. Very innovative. Nice job.

Awesome! I recently did a rib roast and it didn't turn out nearly that good. I did it on the WSM though. I'll have to try one on the kettle.
 
Looking good man! I did a boneless rib roast for Valentines Day. Came out great. Unfortunately,I was busy putting the rest of the meal together to get pics.
