JT's rib rub

This is not my recipe, but turns out excellent every time.

1 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp turbinado sugar*
1/2 cup sweet paprika
1 tbsp cracked black pepper
2 tbsp kosher salt
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp cumin
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp mustard powder
1 tsp lemon pepper
1 tsp cayenne pepper

Apply generously to top and bottom of ribs. Cook 4.5h with hickory chunks. BBQ sauce for the last 30 minutes.
