(note: Barbara was an old black lady that lived in my neck of the woods.. She cooked the best Bar B Q around ... everything cooked over an open pit which is hotter than smoking ... People still talk about her Bar B Q.)
* gallon of red apple vinegar (apple cider vinegar)
* gallon of water
* two cups of Seasoning Salt or rub
Start with a gallon of red apple vinegar and an empty gallon bottle. Pour a half-gallon of the vinegar in the empty bottle, then pour one cup of Seasoning Salt or your favorite rub in each bottle and fill each bottle with water. Shake well and fill your spray bottle. You now have "Barbara's secret stuff" to spray on your meat and mist the coals.
