Prime tri-tip?

I'm looking to pick up one or two prime tri-tips for this weekend as our local Argentine* butcher has them on sale.

Is there anything I should beware in making the leap from Choice to Prime?

Thanks,

-Joe

* In Spanish this cut is called "colita de cuadril" and in Portuguese it's "maminha" on the off chance you have access to those kinds of butchers. This is especially the case on the East Coast where asking a "regular" butcher for tri-tip is a hit-or-miss proposition.

JM, doing a Prime Tri myself this tonight, what a great cut of meat. I'd also add that in my experience it will take less time to cook than a lesser grade. Enjoy your tri and be sure to post some pictures.
