Super Sliders and "wings"

Pammi and I have been trying to eat healthier since the new year. But I'm not giving up on my grills! And with the big game coming,I knew I had to do something good.
So I marinated some BSCB that I cut into strips in some chipotle Tabasco. Let it sit in the fridge for about 5 hours. They came out very nice,and were served with a lite blue cheese dressing that was very yummy!
I also did some sliders. Some from ground turkey breast,some from lean ground turkey. Grilled until done and served on potato rolls. Sorry,no plated pics of the sliders. The sliders were seasoned with minced onions and Trader Joes South African Smoke seasoning. I love that stuff! Both varieties of sliders and the "wings" were big hits!
I also made some fresh salsa,served with corn chips.
It's nice to know I can eat healthier and still enjoy foods Pammi and I like!
