Hi pepoples,
I'm lookin' for some recipe and cooking time ideas for wings.
Also has anyone had any luck with marinades or brines?
Thanks
John

Here are two of my favorites. Although the first is a "fry" recipe, I have done the wings on the grill with good results. The sauce is really tops and is supposed to be real close to the original sauce developed at the Anchor Inn.

12 Chicken wings, halved
4 tablespoons margarine
1/2 bottle Frank's Louisiana Hot Sauce
1 tablespoon white Vinegar
Vegtable oil (for frying)
black pepper

Preheat oven to 350
Preheat oil in deep fryer to 375
Cut tips from wings
Fry wings for 8 minutes. Transfer to paper towels to drain, Season with
salt and peppr
Melt butter in saucepan. Add hot sauce and white vinegar
Toss wings in sauce and coat well
Roast 15 to 20 minutes in oven.

====================================
12 Chicken wings, halved
1 stick margarine
1 bottle Frank's Louisiana Hot Sauce
1 tablespoon white Vinegar
Willinghams' Cajun Seasoning
black pepper

About 30 minutes before you are ready to start cooking.
Place wings in a bowl and cover well with Cajun Seasoning mix.

Make Sauce by melting margarine in a pot on low Then add 1/2 bottle of Frank's
Stir well and add vinegar and fresh black pepper. Stir well, heat through.

Put wings on grill using indirect heat, no water in the pan and sprinkle with Seasoning mix. Sprinkle more mix when turning.

Remove wings when done and put in a bowl.
Cover well with sauce. Serve with celery and either Ranch or Blue Cheese dressing
