CIA Charcuterie Book


 
I have 2 CIA cook books, one for the home cook and one for the professional cook. Of all my cook books, and I have many, the CIA books stay front and center. I am sure their new book you reference will be great.

Thanks for the links. I own or have read a lot of the books listed in the first link, so the CIA book was going to have to be pretty tight for me to shell out the clams for it. Unfortunately, it sounds pretty poorly written.
