Balsamic Citrus Marinade--Fish or Chicken

This is NOT the Weber Barbecue Cookbook recipe. This came from a resturaunt that my kids frequent.

BALSAMIC CITRUS MARINADE

1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 cup Orange Juice
1/4 cup Lemon Juice
1 Tbs. Dijon Mustard
1/2 cup Olive Oil

Wisk all together, start with olive oil.
Marinate 4 fish filets (6 oz. each) 1- 2 hrs. before cooking/smoking.

Looks like it might be a pretty good salad dressing.
