Here is my toy to make it easier for two level cooking on my ceramic grill. I love this swing rack. They are also working on these for the kettles.

Introductory price for $135 for a limited time only. Then it will be $150. To me its worth it, I do alot of 2nd tier cooking the quality is really good. The height is also adjustable.
 
I have this set type of set up on my bubba keg. It's awesome! Works wonderfully well in the bubba because the is a lot of clearance in the top of the keg. I think you will like it a lot but I worry about how much clearance it will have in the kettle.
