Icebox Lemon Pie

Okay, I actually don't use the term icebox but that's what I was told it was called.

For a no mess, no bake, easy dessert:

1 can of frozen lemonade
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
1 container of cool whip
1 graham cracker pie shell

Mix first 3 ingedients and pour into shell. Refridgerate for a few hours.

TIPS:
-The first time I tried (actually the second, see below) this it was a little too tart for me, so next time I plan to add some sugar to it.
-Make sure to separate ingredients from other recipes when making. Why? Because you might accidentially add the cream cheese needed for the stuffed mushrooms to it.

Also, you can always substitute the lemonade with another frozen drink mix.

I have access to a killer pecan cake recipe, so when I get it from my grandmother (it was my great grandmother's) I will test it out and post the recipe...maybe.

Tried your recipe last week-end. Wife loved it as did some folks we had over. Only difference is that we put it in the freezer to firm up.

Glad it worked out and I should've mentioned the freezer part. Try using other fruit juices. I'm still working on that pecan cake recipe.
