Memorial Rub

3 T paprika
3 T sugar
2 T salt
2 T cumin
1 T coriander
1 T fenugreek
1 T black pepper
2 t cayenne
2 t ginger
2 t onion
2 t garlic

All are powder.

Fenugreek, cumin and coriander add some interesting flavors to this rub. I have used it post cook. I was very pleased...
 
Ah, fenugreek finally! Glad you found some. Cool spice, don't you think? Good in other stuff too.

Your rub looks quite tasty.
 
Steve, what did you use the rub on?

I like funugreek too. I've used it in breads as well as (naturally) Indian-style food.

I've always thought that it was underrated, maybe because folks used too much of it. A little dab will do ya'.

I'll try this rub - it sounds good.

Glad you finally got the fenugreek. It is a favorite around here. I have even used it with coriander and garlic when I roast potatoes (with a bit of EVOO). Great aroma in kitchen.
