Anyway... got the OTG fired up with the CIGs in place (love these guys) and grilled 'em til they gave it up

Then served 'em with broccoli with carrots and mushrooms and a couple of small Gold Yukons covered with Wisconsin Butter and sour cream.
Oh Yeah, forgot the grilled Poblano and Anaheim Chile peppers on the side... YUMMY!
can't see the peppers in the photo cuz the big ol' rib eye is on top of 'em

I was just looking at how much the CIG's cost. I like em but don't think I can get myself to spend that much on a grate. I would then have to get the pizza stone and every other accessory for this thing

Ariel, when I saw these grates, I hesitated 1 second then bought em, & never looked back. Absolutely the best thing I've bought besides my WSM and the grills.
