OK, this cake has been a big hit in the neighborhood and at church functions. We normally just refer to it as booze cake.

Black Russian Cake

1 box yellow cake mix
½ C. sugar
1 box (about 6 oz.) chocolate instant pudding mix
1 C. vegetable oil
4 eggs
¼ C. vodka
¼ C. Kahlua
¾ C. water
Pam spray

Pour all liquid ingredients into dry ingredients at one time. Beat for 4 minutes. Pour mixture into bundt pan, sprayed with Pam. Bake 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool about 10 minutes, then invert pan. Poke holes in the top so that the glaze can soak into the cake.

Glaze: ½ C. powdered sugar and ¼ C. kahlua
Mix together and let stand while cake is cooling Pour over cake. Dust with extra powdered sugar when cake is completely cool.
