Last weekend we christened our Q320 that I bought on Memorial Day - I grilled steaks on Saturday and chicken on Sunday. I've been wanting to get a Weber gas grill for a couple of years, but my 1995 Char-Broil MasterFlame 7000 just refused to die. This year, I decided I really needed to replace everything on it, including the hoses and regulator since it was now 15 years old. My wife - bless her - said just buy a new grill.

Anyway, you can read more in my intro in the Introduce Yourself section of this forum.

I'll post more - including my first chicken grilling experience - later. Right now, it is getting late and I have to get up early tomorrow.

Welcome John! I have a Q320 and I love it. I've done lots of different types of stuff on it and they always come out great. It's an awesome grill for quick weeknight cooks, but it also has such great temp control it works very well for larger roasts and whole chickens and such. Especially with the roomier Q320.
