What u need is:

7 Jalapeños
2-6 Fresh whole garlic cloves.
1 8oz can tomato sauce (or u can use a can of El Pato hot tomato sauce)
1 TBS kosher salt
1-2* 8oz can of water *depending on the consistency u desire. Original recipe calls for 1 can water.

Note: 1 TB salt is for 1 8oz can water so if u add more water u will need some more salt.

1. Boil jalapeños in pot with lid on top for 20-30 min until the chilies turn a lime green and are really soft.
2.Chop off stems of chilies. Throw chilies in a blender.
3.Add the garlic, tomato sauce, can of water and salt.
4.Grind for 10 to 15 seconds.
5.Get your favorite bag of chips and enjoy!

This Chile sauce should have a pronounce garlic taste to it, adjust as u want.
