Good deal on the Excalibur dehydrator with 9 trays and timer. Blemished and never used from the factory with 10 year warranty. Probably the best non-commercial dehydrator and made in the USA. Probably a difference in quality but how do you know unless you've tried them both. Also, the Excalibur has a 10 year warranty and the other one only has a 1 year warranty. Where is the cheaper one made? There are cheaper Chinese models that look like the Excalibur. The Excalibur will dehydrate 15 sq. ft. and the other one says 10 sq. ft. The Excalibur has a 26 hour timer that will shut the unit off. Excalibur customer service is suppose to be excellent. Just some stuff you should check out before buying.
