Cayenne, hot sauce, peppers ?
I use my own dried peppers most of the time...sometimes smoked and dried.

Mostly cayenne. Havent had mutch luck with our own peppers.(grow wise) But when i do i hope they will be #1

Agree with Michael. Chipotle and ancho powder. Just the right amount of heat

Ancho has become my favorite. And of course my favorite pepper before I discovered ancho was poblano, so no real shock there.
