Delicious!

1 egg, beaten
1 cup milk
1 tbsp all purpose flour
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp ground black pepper
3 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 32 ounce jar sliced dill pickles, drained
1 quart vegetable or canola oil for deep frying

1. In a small bowl mix together the egg, milk, 1 tbsp flour & worcestershire sauce. In a separate bowl, stir together the remaining flour, salt & pepper.
2. Heat oil to 350 in a deep fryer or deep skillet. Dip pickle slices into the milk then into the flour mixture, repeat dipping ok.
3. Place the pickles carefully into the hot oil. Do not over crowd in fryer, do batches at a time. Fry until pickles float to the top, and are golden brown. Remove from oil, and drain on paper towels.

Hope you enjoy the fried pickles!

I haven't tried this recipe but I've had fried pickles @ a couple of bars & a BBQ place (Lon's in Spanish Fork, UT), & they're very good!

I've had them sliced like fries, & then just battered & fried (chips). Either way is fine with me

I won't be cooking these anytime soon but if I ever break out my deep fryer these will have to go in.
