Just got done eating lunch consisting of my first WSM brisket. It turned out perfect. Nice bark and wonderful flavor. Falling apart tender,too. We used Mr. Kirk's Italian Salad Dressing Marinade,which I can highly recommend.
Yesterday it was grilled shrimp in butter sauce which were very good also. This recipe came out of the Weber booklet that came with my grill.
I like my Weber's more every time I use them. Just don't know whether to smoke or grill. They're both good.

With good beef brisket I could be talked into a 9:30 lunch!
