I've never seen pea salad on any post anywhere. My wife and I really enjoy a nice pea salad with our Q so here is my version.
2 15oz cans Le Sueur brand early peas
1/4 C Fine chopped sweeet onion
3 chopped hard boiled eggs
1/2 C small cubed sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 C Mayo
1/4 C Ranch dressing
1/2 C Diced summer sausage (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste.
Mix all together in large bowl chill and enjoy.
