2005 Model Performer Replacement Thermometer

Where is a good reliable place to buy a replacement thermometer for my 2005 or 2006 model Performer? Its the kind that sticks into just below the handle at an angle. Its made by Weber, and can also be used as a meat thermometer. I ordered one from Amazon (not Amazon selling it, one of their Amazon marketplace sellers) and they sent me a Taylor meat thermometer. Clueless! The good news is I emailed and told them they sent the wrong item and they gladly refunded me. Problem is they said they no longer carry the weber thermometer.

I believe its official name is the Weber 9815 grill and meat thermometer.

Weber CS, Ace Hardware or get a Genesis Replacement from Tel-Tru for a few dollars more.

Interesting. I did not know that Tel-Tru made one that would work. I just checked the Tel-Tru website, the GT100R. Thanks so much Brian. I was never really impressed with the quality or accuracy of the Weber thermo.

Awesome.. I just ordered one. It even has a higher max temp than the weber. I can't wait to get it.
