I have one of these and I am not impressed. I live in a log home and I have had problems with other wireless thermometers transmitting through the wood in the past. I thought that the bluetooth connection with the Iphone would work better but it does not. You also have to make sure that your Iphone software is up to date. If not, it really struggles to stay paired. It can be tough to tell when it loses connection at times as well. I read somewhere that this has been one of the hottest selling gadgets of the summer. I would recommend buying a wireless maverick thermometer instead.
