Looks like a blast John! I have never been to Nawleans. Gosh, if I only new someone who had a place to stay and could make great bbq...

John, looking for some pics of the cook! Still envious of the Stickers! If I could get my hands on some with the Green Bay 'G', or maybe the Appalachian State 'A', they would be on the mini in a heartbeat!
Anxious to hear how well the mini performed at the party!

Two hints for those using the mini for tailgating, camping etc,
You don't need a charcoal chimney, put a weber lighter cube below the grate& put about 20 briquettes above ,let light well and add unlit briquettes.
A 9 in steel pie plate makes a good light weight heat diffuser.
