Can someone provide me with a simple recipe for brisket? I am cooking my first brisket tomorrow and I want to be sure it it is a success. I have a 10 pounder and I plan on cooking it overnight. I'm hoping for detials on if water is needed, foil or not to foil and if so, at what temperature, etc. There is a lot online, but I am hoping for insight into the simplest method. A link to something already posted is also helpful.
