2-16 oz cans of beans (Bush Baked Beans) (2 - 55 oz cans for 20)
Drain sauce out and discard
3/4 cup BBQ sauce (2 cups for 20)
1/4 cup onions chopped (1 cup for 20)
1/4 cup peppers chopped (1 cup for 20)
1 cup chopped smoked pork or brisket (or use bacon) (3 cups for 20)
2 tablespoons honey (7 tablespoons for 20)
3/4 teaspoon paprika (2 teaspoons for 20)
1/4 teaspoon mustard (1 teaspoon for 20)
Serves six (Serves 20)

"Fold together all ingredients in a large bowl. Transfer to al. baking pan. Place in smoker uncovered at medium heat (225-275 F) for about 90 minutes or until heated through.

I have used a big #10 can of beans which is 117 oz. I multiply everything else by 3.6. I also have added horseradish and used different BBQ sauces which makes a big difference. That fills one 11 5/8 by 9 1/4 by 2 1/2 inch pan nicely. I also have smoked them for two hours using charcoal and apple wood."
