Weber Genesis 320 arrives tonight- Ribeye with mushrooms and boursin sauce

Hi guys! Techinically this wasnt grilled but I will be grilling this in the near future. This is one of my favorite recipes right now and it is really easy. I made it friday night.

Ribeye cooked in cast iron skilled. Cooked it in butter with famous Dave's steak seasoning. Tossed it in the oven at 425 to about rare to med rare.

Sauteed mushrooms in butter only since it would have boursin garlic herb sauce.

Boursin sauce-
1 cup heavy whipping cream
slightly less than 1/4 cup white wine
1 5oz disk of boursin

mix wine and cream in saucepan and reduce by 1/3
toss in boursin and melt/mix/reduce until smooth

cover steak and mushrooms with sauce

have mind blown by awesome flavor! LOL
