Hanky Panky's

Once you make these the relatives will be asking for them every year.

1 lb breakfast sausage
1 lb ground beef
1 brick velveeta cheese
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
I T garlic salt
1 T pepper
2 T Worchester
1-2 packages of small rye rounds

Brown meat in pan and pour off extra fat. Mix all ingredients in pan until cheese is melted and you have the desired seasoning.
Spoon mixture on rye rounds and bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until the bread gets crispy.

Serve or freeze. These are great when heated up out of the freezer.

What is a "rye round" ? </div></BLOCKQUOTE>
It's like a minature loaf of rye bread. Think like the size of bagel chips, only slightly larger, and made from fresh rye bread. I know here in PA Pepperidge Farms makes the little mini rye round loafs. Or mini rye rounds.

I just had these last Saturday at a party. Never had them before. They are really tasty! I'm also told that they freeze very well.

BTW -- I brought ABTs which were a big hit. They were gone immediately.
