3 different meats, 1 meal?

Often when we are grilling various family members will request ribeyes or pork chops or chicken breasts. Would you have an idea for a grilled meal using these 3 meats in one dish, but not a skewer or kabobs type of meal? Thanks!

All three meats in the same dish, huh? Well, the first recipe that comes to mind is paella, that legendary rice dish from Spain. Traditionally it done outside over a wood or charcoal fire, and the way the rice absorbs the wood aromas is key to the final effects. You could certainly make a great paella with ribeyes, pork chops, and chicken breasts. I'd grill each of them as whole pieces until they are about half-done and then add them to the simmering rice and vegetables. I recorded a demo of something similar, using chicken, sausages and shrimp, for www.webernation.com. Check it out, Bob, and let me know if you have any questions.
