KERI'S RECIPE MODIFICATIONS: Bags of fresh cranberies are 12 oz, so I increased the recipe by 50% and used 2 12-ounce bags of cranberries, 1 1/2 cups apple juice, 3/4 cup OJ, 3 cups sugar, adn bumped it up to 6 finely chopped and seeded jalepenos chopped in the food processor. I also dumped a couple of spoonfuls of orange marmalade in during the boiling. 11-22-00
