I made this grill. It started with a Silver one touch from craigs list for $30.00. I ordered the ash catcher, lid holder, burner with all the hardware, and Stainless cooking grate from weber for $105. I got the tile clearanced for .18 each 30 of them for $6.00. I had some left over grout and thinset so that was no cost. I mounted the tile on two pices of 5/8" exterior grade plywood and built the frame from treated 2x2 (cost $2.67 x 5 is $12.00). I am loving this grill!!!!!!!!

That is nice. I wish I was handy. I could get rid of my broken down gasser if I could build extra space.

to order the catcher you have to go to schematics ans select the otg there are 3 parts to it ring, bowl, and handle.
I am right handed. when you are standing infront of the table you can easily flip stuff with your right hand while the lid is in the lid holder. I debated for 2 cookouts before mounting the ignightor button. I'm switching to full size propane tank as soon as the little tank is empty. I allready have the adapter hose.

Owner's Manuals Click on the One - Touch Gold, which is the Owner's Manual, with parts schematics.

Weber updated their website a few months ago, and it is much more difficult to find such things.

Edit: My original link was to the sale spec sheet.

But:
That's a totally different weber site than I'd been looking at. No wonder I couldn't find it.
Their new website is somewhat difficult to use.

I can't find the old "Timeline" page which showed new models from the '50s to present! Anyone else know where it is?
