When did Weber decide to go forward with the new smokers and the larger kettle?
How large an engineering staff was involved in these projects?
 
That is hard to say when there is really a GO. Weber just knows they have to be ready for the spring season. So like previous years, they seem to be ready the previous fall.

The staffing changes... you can understand if it's a tight schedule, a few more people. Longer time, maybe less people. But no real secret there.
