Here's another recipe from the National Honey Board.

Honey Mustard Sauce

<LI>1/4 cup Dijon-style mustard

<LI>1 tsp dried tarragon, crushed

<LI>1/4 cup honey

<LI>2 tbsp white wine vinegar

<LI>2 tsp olive oil

Combine mustard and tarragon, mix well. Blend in honey. Whisk in vinegar and oil. Serve over chicken or to the kids as dipping sauce for chicken nuggets.
