Excellent book. I've made a lot of things fro mit and all of the recipes work well as written. I've done mostly sausages that I smoke later and confits.
 
I've been looking at this (off & on) since C. Howlett posted it .. It's a fantastic thread and index. Here's the 98 page thread and the post to the complete index. Too good not to share

I am going to pick this book up but was wondering if there is another book that would help someone who wants to start another hobby? I was hoping for a good comprehensive book that would help supplement Charcuterie. Thanks for the help.
