Grocery store chicken

I prefer to do my own rubs and marinades (I'm preaching to the choir here) but every so often something prepared/prepackaged turns out OK. The local Piggly Wiggly had 3 chicken legs marinated with sun-dried tomato, basil, and parmesan in the clearance case last Saturday morning and since I needed something for lunch I decided to give them a try. I started them out skin-down indirect because the cut sides were really moist and then flipped them after they had dried out a little bit. They were actually pretty good and not too salty, and at $2.99/lb I'd definitely buy them again in a situation where I might not have the time to do the prep work myself.
