Very nice looking carnitas. These are one of my favorite cooks. It is so easy to make. Now I want carnitas thanks

When I make these I just use about 2 and 1/2 Tablespoons and it works for me.

I used what looked about 2 tablespoons of salt, but it could have used a little bit more. I found myself wishing I had added some heat to the recipe. I made up for it with jalapeño and hot salsa on top to really round out the flavor.
