Stuffed Poblano's

Looking for something easy to do on this sunny day. Had some leftover Chicken and picked up some Poblano's to stuff. Half rice, Half Red Quinoa, Chicken, Jalapeno peppers, tomato and cheese. Pretty easy

Was thinking of grilling some stuffed yesterday but was to tired....The plan is to make em tonight. And then i se this post,GOTTA do em tonight. Looks super Bill.
