Beef ribs & brisket

Never have cook beef back ribs before so looking for any hints, figure on doing them with a small(5#) flat @250deg, any input would be welcome thanks

the beef ribs were VG, first time ever even eating them much less cooked them. Rubbed them with Montreal Sat. cooked Sun. About 6hrs @250deg, threw some Cattlemans sauce on for the last 1/2hr, glad we liked them got another 10# in freezer. The brisket was ok, doubt that I'll get another soon.
