Butt and Turkey Breasts at same time?

Is it possible to cook pork butts and turkey breasts at same time on WSM and get positive results? Read where most cook poultry at higher temp than butts, which raises the concern this will not work.

Though there is no need to cook poultry at low/slow temps one certainly can. The skin will be soggy but if that is not a concern go ahead.

Or you could cook both at higher temps.

Or you could split the difference and cook somewhere in between. The skin will still be soft but the cook will be shorter.
