Hi Willie - What was really important was that you enjoyed the meal you prepared, not really how it went together. After having lived in Alaska for 40 years I've eaten a mountain of those King Crabs and they are great just the way you cooked them. And nobody at our house was surprised to see Rustye into the King Crab. We have two Pomeranians and they eat what we eat. Bob B
