Here you go. I have used all of these in the past with great success. At the end, I have posted my all time favorite pork marinade. Try soaking a pork tenderloin for 2 overnights with this stuff...a lil' piece o' heaven!!

Enjoy!

All of the above marinades are used to enhance the sweetness of your ribs. At contests, that is what wins. But, not all of us want our ribs sweet all the time. So try this one from Texas.....

Texas Rib Marinade

1 cup Cider vinegar
1 large Orange(s)
2 medium Lemon(s)
3, 2 inch Lemon peel
1 1/2 tablespoon(s) Brown sugar, dark
1 tablespoon Lemon pepper
1 tablespoon Black pepper
1 teaspoon Tabasco
1 teaspoon Garlic powder

PREPARATION:
Juice the orange and lemons.
Simmer on low heat until sugar dissolves.
DO NOT boil.
Marinate ribs overnight.

Finally, here is my marinade for pork chops and pork tenderloin. I have also used this on my ribs, but it isn't really the "BBQ flavor" most folks expect.

Kevi's Classic Grilled Pork Juice

1/4 cup Pineapple juice
1/2 cup Soy sauce, dark
1/3 cup Salad oil
1/2 medium Onion(s), minced
1 clove Garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon Brown sugar, dark

PREPARATION:
Whisk together all ingredients.
Marinate pork a minimum of 4 hours or over night.
Remove from marinade and boil marinade. This will kill all the bugs.
Grill or bake pork.
Baste chops with boiled marinade.
