Here is a vinegar/worcestershire sauce

1-1/2 tsp.salt
1-1/2 tsp.dry mustard
1tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp.crumbled bay leaves (3-4 leaves)
1 tsp.chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
2/3 cup worcestershire
1/2 cup vinegar
2-2/3 cup meat stock....You can use the canned beef broth
1/3 cup salad oil
1-1/2 tsp.Accent
