Maple brined pork chops

Anyway I was referring to Rita's recipe for Molasses Brined Pork Chops. That's an error in my post. I've gone back make an edit there as well.

Most definitely. I've posted about my cooks there and results. Did some heavy chops during the holidays. Came out great as usual. Highly recommend it. I used it for chops, and bone in pork loin. It's a go to recipe for me.
 
Dave, If you want to use Maple syrup go ahead and use it in place of the Molasses. I would increase the Maple Syrup to 1/2 cup though, and use Medium Amber syrup, or Dark Amber if you can find it. HTH
