My quick-and-dirty version:

1 cup no-sugar-added ketchup (Estee brand)
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 t. fine black pepper
1 T. lemon juice OR apple cider vinegar
1 t. Liquid Smoke (optional)
1 t. Tabasco (optional)

Tweak with whatever else floats your boat-- garlic, onion, Splenda, etc.

Quick and easy version:

1 cup no-sugar-added ketchup (Estee or new Heinz)
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 t. fine black pepper
1 T. lemon juice
1 t. Liquid Smoke (optional)
Mix together thoroughly, and heat in microwave 30 seconds. Use as a finishing sauce when barbecuing or grilling, or as a dipping sauce for ribs or pulled pork.

No-Sugar-Added Barbecue Finishing Sauce

* 1 cup Estee Ketchup (No Sugar Added)
* 2 tsp. Fine Black Pepper
* 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
* 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
* 1 tsp. Colgin Liquid Smoke (optional)
* 1-2 pkts. Splenda (optional)
