Jamaican Spice Rub

From Cook's Illustrated magazine, July/August 2002.

Jamaican Spice Rub

1/4 cup packed brown sugar
3 tablespoons kosher salt
3 tablespoons ground coriander
2 tablespoons ground ginger
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon ground allspice
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
1-1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Chris, your recipe got put aside to go in the Island binders and I just now found it. DH promised me he will make it in a day or two. We are talking about what it would taste good on and just about EVERYTHING has been mentioned. Even scrambled eggs in the morning. . Will let you know.
