Honey-Balsamic Glaze
from "How to Grill" by Steven Raichlen, p.382

1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce

Bring to a boil, simmer 8 minutes, reduce to
about 1/2 cup.....I added a pinch of ginger,
you could easily add some heat.

Use this once...If you like Raichlens recipes,
my guess is you will use it often. Enjoy!
