Brisket sauce

Smoked my first brisket yesterday and it came out great. While I thought it was just delicious on it's own (used the wet brown sugar rub from this site), several of my guests suggested that a dipping or side sauce would have been great as well. One suggested a horse radish based sauce perhaps. Any ideas from you expects out there? I have a lot of leftovers and plan on serving them tomorrow, perhaps with a new side sauce.

TH, Welcome!!

Here are 2 that are horsey based and very good on beef.

HORSERADISH DIPPING SAUCE
1/2 cup Sour cream
2 tablespoon(s) Horseradish
2 teaspoon(s) White pepper
2 teaspoon(s) Worcestershire sauce

The chili sauce I use is horsey based plus ketchup.

Chili BBQ Sauce

1 cup Heinz Chili sauce
1/4 cup Lemon juice
1 small Onion(s), minced
1/4 cup Brown sugar, dark
2 tablespoon(s) Butter
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
3/4 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Paprika
1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper

Combine all ingredients and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

Finally, if you are just looking for alittle kick, try this one.

Habanero BBQ Sauce

3 Habanero chiles
1 small Onion(s), minced
1 cup Ketchup
1 cup chicken or beef broth
1/2 cup Cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Garlic powder
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/8 cup Molasses
2 tablespoons Hot sauce

Brown onion and habs in some butter.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.
Let cool and puree.
