I've got a new addition to my Weber Grill Garden, thanks to Bob Correll in St. Louis, who spotted this baby and hooked me up with it.

We thought it was a RED Smokey Joe Gold - which was on my wish list anyway - but when he got there to pick it up, he discovered it was a RED Smokey Joe Platinum! SWEET! Expected delivery date is late this week!

The traditional "first cook" for any grill in the Smith Weber Grill Garden is hamburgers. I'll see when that comes up on this week's menu!

No mods on this one!

I'll add vents and pans and whatever to the new black ones, but the older ones stay stock!

George - keep your bucks and I'll keep my redhead but if you're ever down in the Deep South, we'll put something on the redhead and my yellow Yachtsman and see how they cook!
