Nice little place just 20 minutes south of San Jose. Had the pulled pork sandwich. Nice, big chunks of pulled pork with lots of dark, outside meat. Strangely, on what appeared to be ciabatta bread, but it was strudy and held up to the enormous amount of pork placed inside. Kind of a thin vinegar wash served on the side. Didn't care for that much, but did like the house BBQ sauce that was available.
No brisket at this place. They serve tri-tip and some sort of BBQ beef, probably shoulder, I'm guessing. Spareribs, chicken, hot links, and a USDA Prime rib eye steak round out the meat selections.
Limited sides: Beans (didn't like), cole slaw, potato salad (good), chips, grilled bread, garlic bread, baked potato.
Appeared to have a nice selection of beers available.
Stop in and give it a try if you're in the area.
